One of his first goals when helping clients is for him to show that he is ready and willing to go above and beyond in any circumstance to achieve the goal at hand. The letter “O” is for OWNING the problem, even when things seem that they are impossible to achieve. He always maintains a positive attitude and with tunnel vision to find a way on how he can get the job done. The letter “D” is for DELIVERING with confidence, by setting expectations and accomplishing  through actions. The letter “E” is for EXCEEDING the expectations, he has showed over the years to be relentless and being unafraid of setting goals and achieving all of them with hard work and dedication.

 

Frank has established himself as a top producer in Client Satisfaction and Client Retention in his prior sales experience, maintaining in the top 1% of his company for the past 10 years. However, Frank’s greatest reward, is knowing that his Clients are satisfied when the job is done. Frank’s greatest reward is being able to provide for his family, his beautiful wife and two amazing little boys! When Frank is not selling Real Estate, you can find him spending quality time with his family, with backyard BBQs & enjoying all of what Phoenix has to offer. Frank enjoys sports, competition, and anything that is outdoors!
