Matt has been a Realtor® for the past 8+ years, immediately establishing himself as the distinguished “Rookie of the Year” in 2010. From there, Matt has been a consistent Multi-Million Dollar Producer. Some of the many honors Matt has received include: Salesperson of the Month Award (Multiple Years and Months), Top Producer Bronze Award (2016), and the Rising Star Award (2015). These achievements highlight the pride Matt takes in helping his Buyer and Seller Clients. Whether it is helping a Buyer find their dream home or helping a Seller maximize their profits in a sale, Matt has been through every type of transaction possible. He has the knowledge and expertise to ensure a smooth transaction.
Throughout his Career, Matt has always looked to expand his knowledge in all areas of Real Estate. In 2012 & 2013 Matt became an IAAO certified Appraiser for Maricopa County, where he worked as a Commercial Appraiser. This experience, while continuing to fulfill his duties as a Realtor®, helped Matt become an EXPERT when it comes to Real Estate Valuation. In 2017, Matt enrolled in Broker school to embark on an educational journey with the vision to open Vendita Realty LLC with his long-time friend and fellow Realtor® Nick Cianciola. In 2018, this long-time dream came to fruition! Matt cruised through all of the required schooling and testing to become a Broker in the state of Arizona and Vendita Realty LLC was officially born.
Matt is a perfectionist that always gets the job done! There is no task too big and there is no timeline too short. He knows how to get things done under pressure. Most days you can catch Matt showing 4+ houses, grabbing a healthy snack, meeting with Clients, giving new Buyers their keys and picking up all the dry cleaning his wife asked him to do... all before noon! He is a machine! He is a hard worker and doesn't rest until his Clients are satisfied.
